    Understanding how and why immune responsiveness changes in humans as we age and what we may do to prevent or restore deregulated immunity and assure healthy longevity, led to the development of complementary biomedical therapy concepts.<\/p>\n

    Poor food selection and restricted dietary intake can affect the nutritional status of an individual at any stage of life and can lead to impairment of long term health. Increasingly, scientific evidence is supporting the view that diet controls and modulates many functions of the human body and accordingly participates in the maintenance of the state of good health or homeostasis necessary to reduce the risk of many chronic diseases. Over the last few decades the science of nutrition has progressed to the greater understanding of the physiological and genetic mechanisms by which diet and individual food components influence health and disease. It is indeed a paradox that nutrition is essential to support life but can also be considered as a causation of many chronic diseases.<\/p>\n

    While we cannot control our chronological age, we do have control over our biological age to live a long life without disease, and to do so it is necessary to learn how to prevent and completely change the effects of aging and disease.<\/p>\n

    Our intention is to empower you; to increase your knowledge, that you can make more informed personal choices, learn how to prevent and completely change the effects of aging.<\/p>\n
